Risperdal Male Breasts Lawsuit News

Risperdal (risperidone) is an antipsychotic drug approved for use in children and adults with schizophrenia, Bipolar I Disorder, and autism. Risperdal use has been linked to gynecomastia, the development of breasts in males.  Risperdal, which is manufactured by a subsidiary of Johnson & Johnson, was the focus of a Department of Justice investigation that resulted in the company paying $2.2 billion in criminal and civil fines.

A Risperdal male breast result brought by an individual has already resulted in a settlement for the plaintiff.   Attorneys are now investigating cases where a male developed breasts after using Risperdal, particularly when used as a boy or teen.
